We are more than just a DJ service.

From the beginning stages of planning to the last dance, we work with couples to craft the event of their dreams. Our all-inclusive package covers music & microphones for the ceremony, dinner music and DJ for the celebration.  In addition to the music you want, we will also make a list of the things you don't want. If you don't have a coordinator, no worries! We arrive ready to jump in and help you with "day-of" coordination, to ensure your event happens perfectly. We proudly provide our services for all couples!

Parties & Special Events

From birthday parties, corporate events, theme parties and trade shows to anniversaries or fundraisers, music sets the tone of the event and lets guests know what to expect. Whether you want low-key background music or full on party time with group participation, we can help you create the event everyone will be talking about for years to come.

We've all heard the stories or even personally witnessed a "cheesy", over-the-top wedding DJ who either ruined or created embarrassing memories for a client by making himself the center of attention by making corny jokes, wearing silly costumes or playing off-color music for laughs. Let us ease your mind, that we at Hale Entertainment take your special day very serious. We are fun, but professional. This is YOUR day, not OURS. All entertainment aspects of the event will be approved by YOU prior to the event.​

What to Expect

  • A professional, well groomed and appropriately dressed entertainer who interacts with your guests, and keeps them engaged.

  • A true Master of Ceremonies (MC), who can help coordinate your entire event.

  • Professional grade sound and dance floor lighting systems with wireless microphone/s.

  • We always have a backup sound system on hand in the event of technical difficulties.

  • A comprehensive and legal music library containing clean (non-explicit) lyrics.

  • An Initial meeting with you (usually by telephone or video conference if you are planning event from a distance) to assist in organizing, planning, and to discuss specific details of your event.

  • A week prior to your event, we like to meet again to finalize everything, and go over any changes.

  • Entertainer will arrive at least two hours ahead of scheduled time for set up and sound check.

  • We assist and coordinate with your vendors, to make sure your event goes as smoothly as expected.

  • You and your guests will have a GREAT time.
